Charitable Activities - Bengaluru

Volunteers from this Kendra, by providing contributions (both monetary and in form of seva), strive to do their best in helping our less fortunate brethren. These activities spans across various realms like contributions to charitable hospitals, old age Homes, orphanages & children homes, assistance to physically, mentally, and visually challenged children across Bengaluru and Karnataka.

Some of the charitable activities are listed below:

R.V.M. Charitable Hospital, Bannerghatta: Helping aged destitute and terminally ill and abandoned patients with bedsheets, cloths, medicines, and monetary contributions for the upkeep and enhancement of facilities of the hospital. 

Shubhodaya Old Age Home (off Bannerghatta): Providing Bedsheets and facilitating food arrangements via Akshaya Nidhi (project of ISCON, Bengaluru).

Seva Sadan, Malleshwaram – (Girl's orphanage):Providing storage solutions  for  day to day operation of   the orphanage.

Chintamani Children Home for Disabled, Chickballapur Taluk, Kolar Dist:. Providing monetary help for the upkeep and upgrade of the infrastructure.

Parvathi Mahabala Shetty Charitable Trust: Eye Operation for patients at a free Clinic run by Dr. Shetty in a remote village near Kundapur.

Mathru Foundation - Institute for Physically Handicapped: Providing free education and medical assistance, accommodation and placement apart from provisioning free groceries.

Cricket Association for the Blind: Monetary and other contributions for the Cricket team which won the World Cup in T20 in December 2012 to support their entry into the T20 World Cup 2016 for representing India.

Chennai Floods: Monetary assistance, clothing, milk and groceries for people affected by Chennai Floods.
